PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered sheet such as a sheet for medical use, like a medical sheet that is not slippery during in-use and to be used during nursing care and medical care, or a sheet for bag-making used for a bag that is not slippery even when the content is contained and stacked and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A multilayered sheet 1 is manufactured by: making one substrate having an uppermost layer of low density polyethylene layer 6, a printed layer 5 and a bleached kraft paper layer 4 formed thereon by applying necessary printing on a bleached kraft paper forming the bleached kraft paper layer 4, and laminating a molten state hot low density polyethylene resin which is mainly composed of a polyethylene-based resin thereon by lamination processing and, while feeding out said one substrate as well as feeding out another substrate of a fiber orthogonally laminated nonwoven fabric (or a sheet made of low density polyethylene), extruding a molten state hot low density polyethylene resin which is mainly composed of a polyethylene-based resin into a film shape and adhering by extrusion lamination processing to bond together, and cooling with a chill roll to solidify.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用中に滑りにくい介護時や医療時に使用される医療用シートなどの医療用のシートや、内容物を収容して積み重ねても滑りにくい袋に使用される製袋用シートなどの多層シート及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】晒クラフト紙層4を形成する晒クラフト紙に必要な印刷を施し、これに溶融した状態の熱いポリエチレン系樹脂を主成分とする低密度ポリエチレン樹脂をラミネート加工により積層して、最上層の低密度ポリエチレン層6と、印刷層5と、前記晒クラフト紙層4とを形成した一方の基材を製造する。そして、この一方の基材を繰り出すと共に他方の基材である繊維直交積層不織布(又は低密度ポリエチレン製のシート)を繰り出しつつ、溶融した状態の熱いポリエチレン系樹脂を主成分とする低密度ポリエチレン樹脂をフィルム状に押し出して押出ラミネート加工により接着して貼り合わせて、冷却ロールで冷却して固化して多層シート1を作製する。【選択図】図1
