The present invention refers to a compact and portable machine and the use thereof for the bursting process of amaranth, which includes one or more of the following systems and combinations thereof: (a) system of fluidisation and expansion chambers, (b) systems for generating and controlling the air flow, (c) suppliers of at least one power source, calorific and/or electric, (d) insulating systems, (e) system for dispensing grains, (f) systems for the heat transference, (g) automated meshing systems for separating the entire grain and (h) systems for controlling the temperature of the process. The obtained burst amaranth has organoleptic characteristics which are specific of this process and the possibility to deliver a fresh product.La presente invención se refiere a una máquina compacta, portátil y su uso para el proceso de reventado de amaranto que esta constituida de manera no limitativa por uno o más de los siguientes sistemas y sus combinaciones: (a) sistemas de cámaras de fluidización y expansión, (b) sistemas de generación y control de flujo de aire, (c) alimentadores de al menos una fuente de energia calorífica y/o eléctrica, (d) sistemas aislantes, (e) sistema dosificador de granos, (f) sistemas de transferencia de calor, (g) sistemas de mallaje automatizado para separación de grano no reventado y (h) sistemas de control de temperatura del proceso. El producto de amaranto reventado obtenido presenta características organolépticas propias del proceso y la posibilidad de entregar un producto fresco.
