PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent efficacy of the chemical from being reduced before a user notices it by replacing a chemical holding cartridge when replacing batteries.SOLUTION: A chemical diffusing apparatus 1 includes a device body 5 in which a cartridge storage space R for replaceably storing a chemical holding cartridge 2, and battery storage spaces S1 and S2 for replaceably storing batteries 52 are formed.
