It further includes a bearing 140 and a socket 150. The socket 150 is inserted into an insertion hole of the treatment body 120, and is removably fixed to the treatment body 120. Furthermore, the socket 150 is inserted into the bearing 140 externally fitted to the support shaft 130, and is supported rotatably and removably.
