A milking device comprises a frame (15) fitted with at least one milking cup holder (20) with a milking cup (30) which is movable in a direction away from the milking cup holder (20), and a return device having a return means (33) connected to the milking cup (30) and which is configured to bring about the return of the milking cup (30) to the milking cup holder (20) from a position in which it has been moved away from the milking cup holder (20). The milking cup holder (20) is tiltable with respect to the frame (15) between a connecting position for retaining the milking cup (30) in an effective orientation and a tilted rest position, wherein the return device is configured to exert a force on the milking cup holder (20) via the return means (33) in order to tilt the milking cup holder (20). The milking device furthermore comprises a magnet means (50) which is configured to exert a magnetic force in order to fix the milking cup holder (20) in the connecting position with respect to the frame (15).L'invention concerne un dispositif de traite comprenant un cadre (15) pourvu d'au moins un support (20) pour un gobelet trayeur (30) qui est mobile dans une direction s'éloignant du support (20), et un dispositif de rappel pourvu d'un moyen de rappel (33) relié au gobelet trayeur (30) et conçu pour provoquer le rappel du gobelet trayeur (30) vers le support (20) depuis une position dans laquelle il a été déplacé à l'opposé du support (20).
