Stent retention system. The present invention relates to a stent delivery system including an expandable stent, a catheter and a sheath. The expandable stent includes proximal and distal ends, and a first interlocking structure. The catheter includes an elongate member having a second interlocking structure displacably arranged around an outer surface thereof for engaging the first stent interlocking structure. The sheath is mounted on the elongate member and is positionable in a transport position in which the sheath covers the stent mounted on the elongate member, and a developmental position on which the stent is exposed.Sistema de retenção de stent. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de distribuição de stent inclui um stent expansível, um cateter e uma bainha. O stent expansível inclui extremidades proximal e distal, e uma primeira estrutura de intertravamento.
