A personal care composition comprising (a) a yeast extract, (b) Hexapeptide-11 (Phe-Val-Ala-Pro-Phe-Pro) (SEQ ID NO:1), and (c) a determatologically-acceptable carrier, wherein the total amount of components (a) and (b) is from about 2 wt % to about 6 wt %, preferably from 4-6% based on the total weight of the personal care composition.
