PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interference signal having a good S/N ratio.SOLUTION: In an inspection head 20 used in a device for inspecting periodontal disease, measurement light B11-B15 that is parallel light is emitted from an emitting surface 33A of an emitting part 30. A reflecting member 40 in which a reflecting surface 41A is formed at a position opposed to the emitting surface 33A of the emitting part 30 is provided. A tooth and a gum are sandwiched by the emitting surface 33A and the reflecting surface 41A, and the measurement light B11-B15 is emitted. An interference signal is generated by using reflected light of the measurement light B11-B15 from the reflecting surface 41A in addition to reflected light of the measurement light B11-B15 from the tooth and the gum. The interference signal having a good S/N ratio is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】良好なＳ／Ｎをもつ干渉信号を得る。【解決手段】 歯周病を検査する装置に用いられる検査ヘッド２０において，平行光である測定光Ｂ１１からＢ１５が出射部３０の出射面３２から出射される。出射部３０の出射面３２に対向する位置に反射面４１が形成されている反射部材４０が設けられている。出射面３２と反射面４１とによって歯および歯茎を挟み，測定光Ｂ１１からＢ１５を出射する。歯および歯茎からの測定光Ｂ１１からＢ１５の反射光に加えて，反射面４１からの測定光Ｂ１１からＢ１５の反射光を利用して干渉信号が生成される。Ｓ／Ｎの良好な干渉信号が得られる。【選択図】 図７
