The present invention relates to a method for producing a barrier membrane for promoting osteosis, and to a barrier membrane for promoting osteosis, produced by using the same. The method for producing a barrier membrane composition for promoting osteosis comprises the following steps: a first step of obtaining silk fibroin by removing sericin from cocoons; a second step of putting a salt and an aqueous ethanol solution into the silk fibroin and then mixing the same so as to produce a lysate by dissolving the silk fibroin; a third step of producing an aqueous silk fibroin solution by removing the salt and ethanol contained in the lysate; and a fourth step of putting tetracyclin into the aqueous silk fibroin solution so that the content of the tetracyclin can be 5-10 wt% with respect to the total weight of the barrier membrane composition, and then mixing the same thereafter so as to produce the barrier membrane composition. According to the present invention, provided is the method for producing the barrier membrane which exhibits antibacterial effects and excellent osteosis promoting effects as well. Furthermore, provided is the barrier membrane produced by using the same.본 발명은 골조직 형성 촉진용 차폐막의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 골조직 형성 촉진용 차폐막에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 골조직 형성 촉진용 차폐막 조성물의 제조방법은 누에고치로부터 세리신을 제거하여 실크 피브로인을 얻는 제1단계, 상기 실크 피브로인에 염 에탄올 수용액을 넣고 혼합하여 상기 실크 피브로인을 용해시켜 용해물을 제조하는 제2단계, 상기 용해물에 함유된 염과 에탄올을 제거하여 실크 피브로인 수용액을 제조하는 제3단계 및, 상기 실크 피브로인 수용액에 차폐막 조성물 전체 중량대비 5중량%~10중량%의 테트라사이클린을 함유하도록 넣고 혼합하여 차폐막 조성물을 제조하는 제4단계를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.본 발명에 의해, 항균효과를 갖으면서 우수한 골조직 형성 촉진효과를 갖는 차폐막의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 차폐막이 제공된다.
