A plurality of shutter members(20) maintains intra-abdominal pressure by preventing gas of an abdominal area from being discharged to an outside. A support member(50) reinforces intensity of the sealing member by fixing a shutter member on an outer periphery to be upward and downward separated. A fixing clip member(60) is connected to the outer periphery of the support member and includes a plurality of stopping parts on the outer periphery. An upper side of a sleeve is fixed between the support member and the fixing clip member.
