To provide a stopper easy in operation, and easy in cleaning, when stopping a carrying object, and also the stopper without requiring maintenance without causing failure, and without requiring running cost and with a simple constitution.
SOLUTION: This stopper 1 comprises a rotary member 3 having a rotary shaft 39 and a stopping member 30 fixed to the rotary shaft 39, and a bearing member 2 rotatably supporting the rotary member 3 and fixed to a base 300 for fixing the stopper 1, and is constituted so that an abutting part 37 abutting ON the carrying object is arranged ON one end of the stopping member 30, and a support part 33 is arranged ON the other end for stopping rotation of the rotary member 3, and weight of a support part 33 side part from the rotary shaft 39 of the stopping member 30, is formed heavier than weight of an abutting part 37 side part from the rotary shaft 39.
