PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noninvasive, simple and stable measurement method for active oxygen amount in a human body to solve such a problem that: in the conventional measurement method for active oxygen amount in human body, a large and expensive apparatus is not easily introduced costly and requires complicated preparations and a measurement method for active oxygen amount using light emission or fluorescence is a surgical or invasive method since the method requires blood drawing or contacting with a body fluid such as blood by puncturing a human body with a probe.SOLUTION: The measurement method for active oxygen amount in a human body is provided in which a test gas including a hydrogen gas in a known concentration is inspired, a hydrogen gas amount in expiration after a certain period of time is obtained, and an active oxygen amount is calculated in such a way that difference between a hydrogen gas amount in inspiration and that in expiration is regarded as consumed by active oxygen in human body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の人体の活性酸素では、装置が高価かつ大型のものは費用的にも導入が容易ではなく、また、煩雑な前処理を必要とするものなどがある。更に、その他、発光や蛍光を利用した活性酸素計測手法においても、採血が必要であるかプローブを穿刺して生体内に入れて血液等の体液に接触させる必要があるなど観血的または侵襲的な手法である。そこで、非侵襲的、簡便、且つ安定的に生体内の活性酸素量を測定する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 既知濃度の水素ガスを含む試験ガスを吸入し、一定時間後の呼気中の水素ガス量を求め、吸気と呼気の水素ガス量の差が生体内で活性酸素によって消費されたものとして算出することを特徴とする生体内の活性酸素量の測定方法。【選択図】図1
