PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device provided with such simple device constitution that the cuff can be easily wrapped around a measuring object part even by a user with disabled fingers.SOLUTION: To one end side 40a and the other end side 40b of a cuff body part 40, force is added in such a direction as to further contract the inner diameter of its cylindrical form. A rotary shaft 47 rotates clockwise to simultaneously move one end side 40a and the other end side 40b of the cuff body part 40. Consequently, the inner diameter of the cylindrical form of the cuff body part 40 can be contracted by pushing work using one hand only.
