PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug knob a drug operation ring-state part of which can be held on the outer peripheral edge part of an operation part body in a spinning reel, and thereby which is enhanced in designability.SOLUTION: A drug nob 10 includes a pressing part abutting to a lining material, an operation part body 20 attached to the pressing part, and a knob part 30 attached to the operation part body 20. The knob part 30 includes: a finger hook part 31； and a ring-state part 32 connected to both radial end parts of the finger hook part 31 and attached to the operation part body 20 along the outer peripheral part thereof. Both the radial end parts of the finger hook part 31 are provided with fixation parts fixed to the operation part body 20 and a projection part 35 projecting toward the outer peripheral part of the operation body 20 is formed at a circumferential midway part of the ring-state part 32.
