A self-emulsifying composition comprising: - 5 to 45% by weight of an ester of polyglycerols, - 5 to 60% by weight of one or a plurality of esters of saccharose of different HLBs, - 20 to 50% by weight of an ester of glycerol, - 1 to 30% by weight of a surfactant, - 1 to 30% by weight of a fatty alcohol, all of said ingredients being of plant origin.
