PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a steam sterilizer system in which the energy loss is prevented as well as the heat deterioration of an object to be sterilized is prevented, by preventing the wasteful supply of steam to the steam jacket for a long time after the finish of the sterilizer operation.SOLUTION: In the sterilizer tank 2, an object to be sterilized is received as well as steam is supplied to sterilize the object to be sterilized. The steam jacket 3 is provided on the outer wall of the sterilizer tank 2, and steam is supplied to heat the interior of the sterilizer tank 2. After steam sterilization of the object to be sterilized in the sterilizer tank 2, the supply of steam to the steam jacket 3 is stopped as well as the door of the sterilizer tank 2 is automatically opened. Thereafter, at the set timing, while the door is kept open, supply of steam to the steam jacket 3 may be resumed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】滅菌運転終了後、長時間に亘って蒸気ジャケットへの給蒸が無駄に継続されることを防止して、エネルギ損失を防止すると共に、被滅菌物の熱劣化を防止する。【解決手段】滅菌槽2は、被滅菌物が収容されると共に、蒸気が供給されて被滅菌物を滅菌する。蒸気ジャケット3は、滅菌槽2の外壁に設けられ、蒸気が供給されて滅菌槽2内を加熱する。滅菌槽2内の被滅菌物を蒸気滅菌後、蒸気ジャケット3への給蒸を停止すると共に、滅菌槽2のドアを自動開放する。その後、設定タイミングにおいて、ドアを開放したまま、蒸気ジャケット3への給蒸を再開してもよい。【選択図】図1
