CONSTITUTION: A safety jacket for a walking assistant device comprises: a settling unit(10) which is settled on the back of a user； left and right supports(20,30) in which one end thereof is attached to the back side of the settling unit and other ends thereof are combined with each other； a contact control part(40) which controls adhesion power by adjusting a separation distance of one end thereof facing the left and right supports； and a pair of breast supporting parts which are coupled with each other while surrounding the breast of the user.본 발명은 보행보조용 안전재킷에 관한 것으로서, 두개 이상의 지지벨트를 통해 보행운동장치의 프레임에 연결되도록 설치되어 재활환자나 고령자 등과 같은 사용자의 체중을 지지해주는 안전재킷으로서, 사용자의 등에 안착되는 등안착부와, 상기 등안착부의 배면에 일단부가 상호 대칭을 이루면서 유동 가능하게 부착되며, 사용자의 몸을 감싸면서 타단부가 상호 결속이 되는 좌측 및 우측지지부와, 상기 좌측 및 우측지지부의 대향하는 일단부의 이격거리를 조정하여 몸을 감쌀 때의 밀착력을 조절하는 밀착조절부를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면, 사용자의 체중을 보다 안정적으로 지지하여 사용자가 보다 편안하고 안정된 자세로 보행운동을 할 수 있음과 함께 체형에 관계없이 다양한 체형의 사용자가 모두 편리하게 안전재킷을 착용하여 보행운동을 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
