A portable pathological examination system and tool are suitable for inserting into a biological tissue to obtain a specimen slice for pathological examination. The pathological examination tool comprises a sampling tool body and a testing tool holder. The sampling tool body comprises two vertically spaced and opposed blades and two electrodes disposed between the blades at an interval. The testing tool holder can be electrically connected to the electrodes when the sampling tool body is inserted, and an electrochemical impedance of the specimen slice in contact with the electrodes can be analyzed to output one piece of electrical pathological information.
