Therapy systems for treating a patient are disclosed. Representative therapy systems include a system for treating pain in a patient, the system comprising: an implantable lead； and a pulse generator coupleable to the implantable lead, the pulse generator comprising: a memory, and a database module programmed to store records containing values of a patient status and a stimulation parameter, and a processing module programmed to: during a first phase: analyze the stored records of the patient status and the stimulation parameter, and establish a preference baseline containing preference stimulation parameters corresponding to values of the patient status, during a second phase: automatically adjust an operating parameter of the pulse generator, based at least in part on the preference baseline and an indication of a change in the patient status, to generate and deliver an electrical stimulation signal to the patient's spinal cord via the implantable lead.L'invention porte sur des systèmes de thérapie pour le traitement d'un patient.
