PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a device for fastening a wheelchair in the car, having high workability and controlling the rocking of the retractor body during the use of the device.SOLUTION: The device includes a restraint mechanism 22 for fastening the wheelchair 13 in the car by using the withdrawal power 51 of a retractor belt 43 extended from the retractor body 42 of the retractor 41. The distal end of retractor belt 43 is fixed at a floor 11. A hook 83 to be engaged with the frame 21 of the wheelchair 13 is rotatably provided to the retractor body 42.
