The present invention relates to a drying and wetting type air cleaning device for a pen, which enables air contaminated in the atmosphere to be filtered with a drying type filter or a wetting type filter and to be sterilized and disinfected to be supplied to a pen or the interior, thereby preventing an indoor temperature from rapidly declining by controlling outdoor air to be supplied to the interior in accordance with seasons or realizing heating in the winter.
