Described herein are compositions for improving cancer treatment by combining, in vitro, NK-92 cells expressing a high affinity antibody binding moiety on the cell surface with an antibody that recognizes a tumor epitope such that the moiety is bound to the antibody before administration to a patient. Optionally, such modified NK-92 cells are also bound to an anti-fugetatic agent. Also provided are methods for making and using the same.
