The present invention relates to a massage apparatus including a limb compression function. More specifically, the semicircular massage apparatus rotates screws of a screw box by receiving the rotary movement of a first motor while driving the first motor, vertically moves while being coupled with a fixed unit in accordance with the rotation of the screws and surrounds the trapezius from the lower part to the upper part or from the lower surface to the upper surface.
