PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving and low-cost diagonal flow type air cleaner capable of preventing air-borne infection of bacteria or the like and an operation room including surgical illumination device.SOLUTION: This invention has a structure in which a direction of blown air stream from an air cleaner 2 installed at a ceiling 13 is changed into a uniform slant air stream with respect to a direction to an operation bed 14, several small-sized illumination units are independently set at dispersed positions while illumination performance thereof as surgical illumination devices are maintained, and the air stream striking the illumination devices acting as an opening-type shadowless lamp 3 applying a clearance of 50% or more inside the illumination devices is passed, both of them are also provided to enable an operation area to be cleaned efficiently under a small number of ventilating operation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】省エネルギで低コストであり、細菌類の空気感染を防止することのできる斜流式空気清浄装置、及び手術用照明器具を備えた手術室を提供する。【解決手段】天井13に設置された空気清浄装置2からの吹出気流の方向を手術台14方向に対し、斜めの一様気流とし、多数の小型照明ユニットを手術用照明器具としての照明性能を確保しつつ、独立させ、分散配置することで、照明器具内部に50%以上の空隙を付与した開口型無影灯3として照明器具に当る気流を通過させる構造とし、両者を合せ備えることで、術野を低換気回数で効率的に術野を清浄化できる。【選択図】図2
