A proximal femoral nailing apparatus with a flexible nail according to an embodiment of the present invention is an apparatus installed at a proximal femur to bond a broken part during a proximal femur fracture surgery, which comprises: a nail inserted into a bone marrow cavity of the proximal femur, to vertically join the broken part of the femur, and having a first through hole at the upper part and a second through hole at the lower part, and having a screw groove at the bottom； and extending part including a connection body connected to the screw groove to be joined by a screw, and multiple flexible nails connected to the connection body, to extend the nail. Therefore, the stress from the lower part of the nail which is concentrated on the femur by the load of the weight is preferably dispersed to the multiple flexible nails.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유연금속정이 구비된 근위 대퇴 골수정 장치는, 근위 대퇴골 골절 수술시, 근위 대퇴골에 설치되어 골절된 부분을 접합하는 장치로서, 근위 대퇴골의 골수강으로 삽입되어, 골절된 부분의 대퇴골을 세로로 연결하고, 상부에 제 1 관통홀과 하부에 제 2 관통홀에 마련되고, 하단에 나사홈부가 마련된 금속정； 및 나사홈부에 나사결합가능하게 연결된 연결몸체와, 연결몸체에 연결된 복수의 유연금속정을 구비하여, 금속정의 길이를 연장하는 연장부를 포함하여, 체중에 의한 하중으로 인해 금속정의 하부에서 대퇴골에 집중되는 응력을 복수의 유연금속정으로 분산시킬 수 있는 것이 바람직하다.
