The aiming plate features a first and a second surface and has a reversible attachment mechanism for attaching the implant to direct one of the first and second surfaces to face the implant. A first through hole for receiving the tool extends along the first hole axis from the first surface to the second surface. A second through hole for receiving the tool is positioned adjacent to the first through hole and extends along the second hole axis from the first surface to the second surface.
