The novel crystalline form of cabazitaxel according to the invention has good stability and good solubility in commonly used solvents, and is easy to be preserved and is stable under treatment during preparation of dosage forms,thus could be used for the preparation of drugs for treating prostate cancer.La présente invention concerne le domaine de la chimie médicale, et concerne un procédé de préparation de trois formes cristallines de cabazitaxel, c'est-à-dire, une forme cristalline J de composé ester de cabazitaxel, une forme cristalline G d'hydrate de cabazitaxel et une forme cristalline I de cabazitaxel, et une nouvelle forme cristalline de cabazitaxel.
