The invention discloses a hexagonal-type micro sensing probe and method for fabricating the same. The hexagonal-type micro sensing probe comprises a metal-based resistance temperature probe and a IrOx/AgCl pH probe, which are back-to-back flip-bonded using SU-8. The probe can simultaneously sense the temperature and pH value in real-time.
