PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION FOR CONTRACEPTION AND RISK REDUCTION OF CONGENITAL MALFORMATION. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation for contraception containing in a daily dose -2.0 mg or 1.5 mg of 17α-cyanomethyl-17-B-hydroxystra-4,9-dien-3-one (dienogest) and 0.015 mg 17α-ethynyl estradiol (ethinyl estradiol) and (6S) -5-methyl tetrahydrofolate, preferably as (6S) -5-methyl tetrahydrofolic acid (metapholine) calcium salt together with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable co-adjuvants or vehicles . The pharmaceutical preparation according to the invention performs both oral contraception and a means for minimizing the risk of congenital malformations. In addition, a kit contains 21 daily unit doses of the pharmaceutical preparation, and 7 daily unit doses containing only (6S) -5-methyl tetrahydrofolate, also preferably metapholine.PRODUÇçO FARMACÊUTICA PARA CONTRACEPÇçO E PARA REDUÇçO DO RISCO DE MALFORMAÇÕES CONGÊNITAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma preparação farmacêutica para contracepção contem em uma dose diária -2,0 mg ou 1,5 mg de 17a-cianometil-17-B-hidroxiestra-4,9-dien-3 ona (dienogest) e 0,015 mg de 17a-etinilestradiol (etinilestradiol) e (6S)-5metil-tetrahidrofolato, de preferência como sal de cálcio de ácido (6S)-5-metil tetrahidrofólico (metafolina) juntamente com um ou mais agentes co-adjuvantes ou veículos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. A preparação farmacêutica de acordo com a invenção efetua tanto uma contracepção oral quanto um meio para minimização do risco de malformações congênitas. Além disso, um kit contem 21 doses unitárias diárias da preparação farmacêutica, e 7 doses unitárias diárias contendo apenas (6S)-5-metil tetrahidrofolato, também de preferência metafolina.
