PURPOSE: A centrifugal separator for syringe capable of facilitating extraction of effective components and removal of unnecessary components and a centrifuging method are provided to centrifuge without moving the extracted samples to experimental tubes.CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal separator for syringe comprises the following steps: extracting samples through a scanner(100) installing the leading end of the syringe to be inclined towards the centripetal of the centrifugal separator centrifuging removing unnecessary samples located at the leading end of the syringe among the samples classified within the scanner and extracting the active ingredient inside the scanner. The centrifugal separator is composed of a rotating tool(210) and a rotor(220). The rotor has a holding portion(221) for installing the syringe. The scanner comprises a seepage water shift(110), a cylinder(120), a piston(130) and load(140).
