The present invention relates to a syringe adapter. A syringe comprises: a barrel-shaped cylinder with an opening provided at one side thereof and a piston performing reciprocating motion inside the cylinder through the opening. Therefore, an adapter can be mounted in the syringe at a state of which the piston is inserted in the cylinder. In addition, the syringe adapter of the present invention fixates the cylinder and the piston and allows the syringe to be mounted to touch an inner portion of a bucket in a centrifuge, thereby preventing the generation of vibration and a leakage of specimens contained in the cylinder when performing centrifugation.
