The invention provides a system using cloud manage and green energy technology for fish ponds. At least one sensor and a camera are installed in a fish pond for monitoring the quality of water of the fish pond. At least one peripheral device is used to control the quality of water. A control device is connected to the at least one sensor, the camera, and the at least one peripheral device to receive a sensing signal, and a captured image signal. When the sensing signal is smaller than a second threshold, the control device outputs a control signal to the at least one peripheral device to drive the at least one peripheral device otherwise, when the sensing signal is greater than a first threshold, the control device turns off the at least one peripheral device.
