It is intended to provide a sheet for treating animal feces and urine by which the occurrence of leakage, smudged appearance and chill for animals can be effectively prevented and the handling properties can be improved without unnecessarily thickening the front face sheet or increasing the weight. A sheet (10) for treating animal feces and urine, which comprises a liquid-permeable front face sheet (20), a liquid-impermeable back face sheet (30) and an absorbent sheet (40) that is located between the front face sheet (20) and the back face sheet (30), has a planar shape as a whole and the front face sheet (20) is made of nonwoven fabric having peaks and valleys on the surface. It is preferable that the front face sheet (20) is made of a nonwoven fabric having multiple grooves and projections which are alternatively formed and extended in a definite direction.본 발명은 표면 시트를 필요 이상으로 두껍게 하거나 평량을 늘리지 않고 누설이나 외관 오염의 발생, 동물이 느끼는 차가운 느낌의 발생을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있고, 핸드링성도 향상시킬 수 있는 동물용 배설물 처리 시트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 동물용 배설물 처리 시트(10)는, 액투과성인 표면 시트(20)와, 액불투과성인 이면 시트(30)와, 표면 시트(20)와 이면 시트(30) 사이에 배치되는 흡수 시트(40)를 구비하여, 전체적으로 평면 형상을 이루고 있고, 표면 시트(20)는 표면에 요철부를 갖는 부직포로 구성된다. 표면 시트(20)는, 일정 방향으로 연장되도록 형성되는 복수의 홈부와 볼록 형상부를 교대로 갖는 부직포인 것이 바람직하다.
