A method for evaluating tissue perfusion of a selected portion of body tissue through the blood to which a fluorescent dye is administered, and wherein the fluorescent dye is indocyanine green dye (ICG), the method comprises: obtaining, using a chamber , a plurality of angiographic images of blood flowing through the selected tissue below the tissue surface to a depth of at least about 0.5 cm from the tissue surface, while exciting the fluorescent dye； and examine the angiographic images to assess the degree of blood flow within the selected portion of body tissue, characterized in that the angiographic images are obtained at a rate of at least images per second.Un método para evaluar la perfusión tisular de una porción seleccionada de tejido corporal por la sangre a la que se administra un colorante fluorescente, y en donde el colorante fluorescente es colorante verde de indocianina (ICG), el método comprende: obtener, usando una cámara, una pluralidad de imágenes angiográficas de sangre que fluye a través del tejido seleccionado por debajo de la superficie del tejido hasta una profundidad de al menos aproximadamente 0,5 cm desde la superficie del tejido, mientras excita el colorante fluorescente； y examinar las imágenes angiográficas para evaluar el grado de flujo sanguíneo dentro de la porción seleccionada de tejido corporal, caracterizado porque las imágenes angiográficas se obtienen a una velocidad de al menos imágenes por segundo.
