The present invention relates to an abdomen exercising tool. When a user just breathes with the tool mounted on a belt on his/her waist, the abdomen and internal organs can be massaged, so that abdominal obesity decreasing and visceral fat decomposing effects can be obtained. The abdomen exercising tool of the present invention comprises: a belt member, wherein an elastic band is connected between a buckle and a belt so that elasticity can be applied by means of the expansion-shrinkage of the abdomen according to the breathing of a user； and a massage member having one side end equipped with a buckle mounting unit mounted on the buckle of the belt member and the other end equipped with a massage unit directly contacting the abdomen of the user, wherein a first body unit having elasticity is equipped between the buckle mounting unit and the massage unit.
