A brace aid waist belt includes a waist belt unit and two elastic brace units. The waist belt unit has a belt body, two fixing portions and two mounting portions. The belt body is flexible. The two fixing portions are disposed at two ends of the belt body. The two mounting portions are arranged between two ends of the belt body and a central portion of the belt body, respectively. The two elastic brace units are respectively disposed on the mounting portions, which are able to provide upward supporting forces.
