PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical guide system which guides a medical device to a position in which appropriate treatment can be performed.SOLUTION: A medical guide system has: an ultrasound endoscope 2 a coil 21b which detects a position and direction of the ultrasound endoscope 2 an abdomen sensor (coil 10 for body surface detection) which acquires position information on the basis of the vibration of a subject and a position detection device 3B which calculates a phase on the basis of the position in the actual space and temporal change in the coil 10 for body surface detection.
