Provided is a nRGD polypeptide formed by connecting alanine-alanine-asparagine (AAN) and a polypeptide containing arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (RGD), wherein the nRGD polypeptide can target tumour vessels, tumour cells and tumour-associated macrophages, and mediate the targeted delivery of tumours.Linvention concerne un polypeptide nRGD formée par liaison dalanine-alanine-asparagine (AAN) et un polypeptide contenant de larginine-glycine-acide aspartique (RGD), le polypeptide nRGD pouvant cibler des vaisseaux tumoraux, des cellules tumorales et des macrophages associés à une tumeur, et assurant la médiation de ladministration ciblée de tumeurs.
