PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device which is simple and secures sure operation instead of its simple configuration.SOLUTION: The handle device includes at least one handle, which is connected to a fixing member (2) through at least one swibel bearing (1) so as to be rockable between a use position and a stop position. The swibel bearing (1) has a spring element (34) to generate retaining force for retaining the handle at all rocking positions. When at least one fastening element (35, 37) acts on the spring element (34) to change retaining force for rocking the handle, so that the fastening element (35. 37) is relatively adjustable to the spring element (34). The handle has upper and lower handle parts (4, 6), wherein at least a part of them is shifted each other in the vertical direction. The lower handle part (6) is formed to have acute angles with respect to the upper handle part (4) viewing from the vertical direction and the lateral direction against the vertical direction.
