PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device, an ultrasonic measurement device, and ultrasonic measurement method capable of improving the degree of freedom of a measurement position.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device comprises: plural ultrasonic element arrays 43 and a moving part 5 which moves each of the ultrasonic element arrays. The ultrasonic element arrays comprise plural ultrasonic transmission and reception parts arranged in a first direction crossing a thickness direction, and are disposed at positions not interfering with each other in the first direction.
