The present invention relates to a bacillus amyloliquefaciens YCMA-1 (Food Industry Research and Development Institute, Patent Microorganism Deposit No. BCRC910509) and use of the same, which has a unique gene sequence of 16SrRNA, Tet(L), ItuA, ItuB, ItuC and ItuD. YCMA-1 and its antibiotic substance can inhibit the growth of plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria, and can be used together with fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, bactericide to be a plant protective composition. YCMA-1 has productive protease, β-glucanse, and chitinase activities. YCMA-1 and its products can be applied in protection of plants, sewage treatments, feeding stuffs for animals, treatments of kitchen waste and manufacture of food.本發明係有關於一種自泥火山泥漿分離之液化澱粉芽孢桿菌菌株(財團法人食品工業發展研究所,專利微生物寄存編號BCRC910509),其命名為YCMA1具有獨特的16S rRNA、Tet(L)、ItuA、ItuB、ItuC、ItuD之基因序列,該菌株及所生產的抗生物質,具有抑制植物病源真菌與抑制植物病原細菌之活性。其可與殺真菌劑、殺蟲劑、除草劑、殺細菌劑搭配使用以成植物保護組成物。該菌株具生產的蛋白分解酵素[protease]、β-葡聚醣分解酵素[β-glucanse]、幾丁質分解酵素[chitinase]活性的能力。本發明的液化澱粉芽孢桿菌菌株及其產物可應用於植物保護、除污處理、動物飼料、廚餘處理及食品製造。
