An apparatus for hip replacement includes an acetabular jig made by computerized tomography of computer aided and 3D printing. The acetabulum jig has a cup body and a positioning tube with an ant eversion angle and an angle of inclination that an artificial hip is provided corresponding to an acetabulum. A positioning nail is inserted in the positioning tube and nailed on the acetabulum. An assisted positioning tube is parallel to the positioning tube the assisted positioning tube is inserted in the assisted positioning tube and nailed on a side of the acetabulum. An acetabular grinding includes a grinding head and a driving rod. The grinding head has an accommodating hole for accommodating a positioning nail. The acetabular grinding is positioned on the acetabulum through the positioning nail nailed in the accommodating hole for grinding the acetabulum.
