The present invention relates to a three-dimensional scattered radiation imaging apparatus and a medical radiation apparatus including the same. The three-dimensional scattered radiation imaging apparatus can reconfigure the radiation information, which is from the radiation rays scattered on the human body in a radiation treatment operation and conventionally treated as noises, and uses reconfigured images to determine the radiation ray emission locations and dose distribution. According to the present invention, the three-dimensional scattered radiation imaging apparatus includes: a detection unit including a first detector detecting the location and energy of radiation rays emitted from a radiation source and scattered by a target, a second detector detecting the location and energy of the radiation rays passing through the first detector, and a third detector detecting the location and energy of the radiation rays passing through the second detector； a signal processing unit which receives the information on the location and energy of the radiation rays detected by the first to third detectors to obtain the location of the radiation source by reverse-tracking the incidence directions of the radiation rays； and an image processing unit receiving the information from the signal processing unit and forming images with the received information. The three-dimensional scattered radiation imaging apparatus can measure the emission location and dose distribution of the radiation rays by using a detection method using a multi-scattering technique in a radiation treatment operation.본 발명은 방사선 치료 시 인체에서 산란되어 잡음으로 취급하는 방사선 정보를 재구성하고, 재구성된 영상을 이용하여 방사선 조사 위치와 선량 분포를 판별할 수 있는 3차원 산란 방사선 영상장치 및 이를 갖는 방사선 의료장비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 3차원 산란 방사선 영상장치는, 방사선원에서 조사되어 대상체로부터 산란되는 방사선의 위치와 에너지를 검출하는 제 1 검출기와 제 1 검출기를 통과한 방사선의 위치와 에너지를 검출하는 제 2 검출기 및 제 2 검출기를 통과한 방사선의 위치와 에너지를 검출하는 제 3 검출기를 구비하는 검출부와, 제 1 검출기와 제 2 검출기 및 제 3 검출기가 검출한 방사선의 위치와 에너지에 대한 정보를 수신하여 방사선의 입사 방향을 역추적하는 방식으로 방사선원의 위치를 구하는
