Provided are bicyclic heterocyclylamine compounds of the general formula I, wherein the variables are as defined in the specification. A particularly preferred compound is 5-{ 3-[1-(4-amino-3-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)ethyl]-5-chloro-2-ethoxy-6-fluorophenyl} -1,3-oxazolidin-2-one. The compounds are phosphoinositide- 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitors. The compounds are useful in the treatment of cancer, inflammatory diseases and immune diseases.
