The scope of the notification is a device for the isolation of high-quality biological sperm on the basis of their electrokinetic potential, enabling in vitro fertilisation procedures to be improved. The device for dividing semen of different surface loads shall consist of a rectangular plane made of teflon or glass, the four vertical walls of which are flat. In the upper wall are two collided holes of different diameters, inside which is placed a cylinder for suspension of isolated semen (1),in which, at the bottom, there is a cylinder containing a magnetic mixture covered with teflon (4) and a cylinder for a collection of negatively charged sperm (2). Both cylinders (1, 2) are connected by a channel (5) at the top of them. In each cylinder (1, 2). on the opposite side, holes are placed (3),where the electrodes (6, 7) are mounted. The cathode-ray electrode (6) is mounted in the hole (3) of the insulated semen suspension cylinder (1),and the anode electrode (7) is mounted in the cylinder aperture (3) for the collection of negatively charged sperm (2).
