The present invention relates to a transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) device and, more specifically, to a transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) device in which an electrode used in the transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) device is a needle-shaped. An invasive transcranial direct current stimulation electrode according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a needle part inserted into the scalp； an insulation part formed along the outer circumference of the needle part； and a flexible electrode substrate including a plurality of electrode mounting parts.본 발명은 경두개 직류 자극(tDCS) 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 경두개 직류 자극(tDCS) 장치에서 사용되는 전극이 침 형태인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 침습형 경두개 직류 자극 전극은 두피에 삽입되는 니들부, 상기 니들부의 외주를 따라 형성된 절연부 및 복수의 전극설치부를 포함하는 가요성 전극기판을 포함할 수 있다.
