The invention is to provide a gas mist inhalerbeing simple and excellent in effects by using physiological actions of carbon dioxide or oxygen. The gas mist inhaler has a gas supply means for supplying oxygen, carbon, or a mixed gas (called as "gas" hereafter) of oxygen and carbon dioxide, a gas mist generation means connected to the gas supply means for storing a liquid inside thereof and generating a mist (called as "gas mist" hereafter) prepared by pulverizing and dissolving the stored liquid and the gas, and an inhalation member connected to the gas mist generation means and having an inhalation port of inhaling the gas mist into a living organism, wherein the gas mist inhaler inhales the gas mist into the upper airway and the lower airway of the living organism.
