The present invention provides: a fibrinogen-like protein 1 (FGL 1) having an amino acid sequence described in sequence number 1 which is a biomarker for predicting liver damage caused by radiation exposure； a pharmaceutical composition for predicting liver damage in order to detect the biomarker； a kit comprising the composition； and a method for detecting the biomarker in order to provide information required for predicting liver damage caused by radiation exposure.본 발명은 방사선 피폭에 의한 간 손상 예측용 바이오마커인 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 피프리노겐 유사 단백질 1 (Fibrinogen-like protein 1, FGL 1), 상기 바이오마커를 검출하기 위한 간 손상 예측용 약학 조성물 및 그 조성물을 포함하는 키트, 그리고 방사선 피폭에 의한 간 손상 예측에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 상기 바이오마커를 검출하는 방법을 제공한다.
