The composition includes an algae based oil having glycolipids and phospholipids and Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) fatty acids in combination with astaxanthin and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid or sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronan) and a molecular weight less than 300 kilodaltons (kDa) in an oral dosage form.
