The composition includes astaxanthin, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid or sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronan) having a molecular weight of 0.5 to 300 kilodaltons (kDa), and a phospholipid rich egg roe extract having phospholipid bound EPA and DHA admixed with seed and/or fish oil having an ALA to LA ratio of 1:1 to 6:1 and in an oral dosage form.
